SHIPPING POLICY

At Pawsitive Ambiance, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Each candle and wax melt is hand-poured and packaged with love, and we do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME:
Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, custom or seasonal orders may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed if that’s the case.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times depend on USPS once your package has been scanned. While we can’t control transit delays or reroutes, we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order if needed.
